At Wellface, we aim to provide the highest level of care and service to each of our patients. In order to respect the time of our practitioners and the patients who may be waiting for an appointment, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, the booking fee will be charged as the cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made via phone, WhatsApp or email. Please ensure to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. If rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the booking fee will be charged.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of illness or unavoidable circumstances, we are happy to review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the scheduled time. However, please note that arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time and full charges may still apply.
